2009

“While biking with friends in Acadia, we took a break and settled down on the sun baked rocks of Otter Cliffs. I was mesmerized with the surf rushing in and out. I took out my good camera, and laid on my belly, careful to keep the spray out of the lens. While my friends happily chatted, I absorbed. Felt. My being went in and out with each new wash....I shot frame after frame for a long time....I could have called this series Sea Foam, but I like Devil’s Froth better.”

To frame or not to frame: I have taken the answer to that question out of your hands. This painting is framed .

I design and make my own frames. All are ash, which I painted white. This frame is 2.25” deep, and adds a little over 2” to the width and height. A sample of the frame is shown below.

The frames are not interchangeable. Please feel free to email or call me, and I will be happy to answer any questions.
